South Eastern Europe`s Private Equity Association

The South Eastern Europe’s Private Equity Association (SEEPEA) was founded in August 2005 by three Fund Management Companies with long experience in the region. These companies are:

               » GED (GED Capital Development SA)
               » RAEF (Romanian American Enterprise Fund)
               » SGAM (Societe Generale Asset Management)

Type Of Members

SEEPEA has 2 categories of members: Full members and Associated members.

Association Profile

SEEPEA is an independent, non – profit Association, sustaining the interests of those private entities which are active in South – Eastern Europe private equity and venture capital industry.

How To Become A Member

An entity can apply to become a member through the application form that can be downloaded. Both Romanian and English version are available.
