SEEPEA is an independent, non – profit Association, sustaining the interests of those private entities which are active in South – Eastern Europe private equity and venture capital industry.How To Become A Member
An entity can apply to become a member through the application form that can be downloaded. Both Romanian and English version are available.

SE SEEPEA has 2 categories of members: Full members: (i) SEEPEA’s founding members (Ged Capital Development SA SGECR, Romanian American Enterprise Fund, Societe Generale Asset Management) as well as (ii) funds that activate in the Private Equity field and that became members after the Association’s incorporation. The full members have voting rights in the General Meeting. Associated members: (i) organizations that invest in Private Equity, such as banks, pension funds, insurance companies; and (ii) organizations that bring important services to the Private Equity field such as law firms, investment banks, consultancy companies, recruiters, institutes and universities. Associated members do not have voting rights in the General Meeting. |
